I had an issue with a number of fire doors and the advice I was receiving was very conflicting (the regulations are very confusing), after a quick chat I had a fire door inspection done which gave me a report with which I was able to challenge what my building company was trying to charge me for so thank you for saving me both unnecessary work and more importantly quite a large sum of money (and major upheaval works for my tenant's). They are also due to complete a fire risk survey as well.
