My old alarm had become faulty after 14 yrs of great service. Shaun came out and upon investigation part of the main circuit board / battery charging circuit had obviously overheated and given up.
He replaced the panel and bell box for me at a fair price and after his visit you'd never known he'd been except for the bell box beaming out his firms name! It took him quite a while to integrate the new panel with my existing dialler and to configure / check it but he stayed on and did the lot for the agreed price and two cups of tea making sure the whole system functioned properly.
System now been running for a week with no issues at all
I'd recommend him as a genuine, reliable guy.
