I have been using the services of Garry for a few years now and would thoroughly recommend his services. As a Landlord, I have had many unpleasant experiences with various trades who can be unscrupulous and just take advantage of absent Landlords. He takes the time to explain the problem at hand and what appropriate action he thinks is warranted and why. Not once has he ever given the impression that the job is either too small or not worth his time and nothing appears to impair his high level of customer service and communication.
