Visited Bank Holiday evening after trip away for supplies but found no checkouts available despite lots of staff huddled together near the self service tills that we never use unless only after bread and milk.
Self service is not for me I don,t work there but had no choice and the machine constantly kept wanting assistance, they came were pleasant but walked off again and again, poor service even when I asked for help! Other customers also had issues but were treated the same too and I especially needed help with discounted items so I will not be returning soon and never use self service. With all the staff on just put a couple on tills that were sat idol bank holiday or not - are you open or closed!
