I purchased a Meriva from Andy a few months ago. I'm 64 years old and so i have bought a lot of cars in my time. In my time i have also experienced varying levels of customer service. Andy took customer service to a whole different level. we had a slight but very annoying noise coming from the car. we returned to Andy, fully expecting to be fobbed off, instead we were put immediately at ease. we left the car with Andy and he had several people inspect it to determine the cause of the noise. Andy kept me up to date along the way including visiting my home to give me updates. I tell everyone about my experience at Cleveland street motors. It was incredible service. If you are looking to buy a car then i would suggest getting down to see Andy. A safe all about you experience that you will not find anywhere else. Steve Lonsdale
