Zero customer care zero Service when it comes to warranty or issues
They take your money and Play on the elderly and disabled

Thank you for getting in touch. Firstly, I am very sorry that you feel this way. I wanted to reply just to clarify a couple of points raised within your review. As a company, we feel that we have gone beyond our obligations and strived for a solution for you. After numerous visits from our engineers with no fault found, we sent your product off to the manufacturer to test and provided a loan scooter free of charge. The product passed all manufacturers tests with flying colours and absolutely no fault could be found. Following this, no complaints were made for a period of a few months until this most recent one. Despite being out of the warranty period, SelfSure ordered and fit the alleged faulty part for you free of charge, as a gesture of goodwill. The old part was since tested and no fault was found with this either. As discussed over the phone, please make any further complaints in writing and we will respond in due course.
