I purchased what I thought was a 'Stunning' BMW Convertible going by the garage's description, wishing now I had paid for an AA inspection after the money I have had to pay out in repairs after only owning the car for 3 months.
I have now contacted the garage on 2 occasions including copies of the invoices for the repairs and have never received an answer to either. My next step will be to contact trading standards regarding this garage. My advice now would be to get any car you are thinking of buying from this garage checked over with a fine tooth comb or easier avoid this garage and go elsewhere.

I feel I need to advise everybody of my experience with this garage. I took my BMW there to have a gasket replaced and at first it seemed ok. A few days later I had to call the AA to my car as the engine was running very roughly where I was advised to take the car to a BMW specialist.
The BMW specialist advised after examining the car that the gasket which had been fitted by the auto care centre had been fitted incorrectly and was causing an air leak. I approached auto care regarding this matter and subsequently had a meeting. Despite me having a written report and the manager at auto care speaking directly to the BMW Specialist he refused to accept any responsibility and wanted photographic evidence!
I am now forced to approach the Consumer Ombudsman regarding this matter to try and reach a resolution. Using auto care has proved very expensive and I would hate anybody else to have the same experience.
