I chose SSS Alarms after browsing Google searches and reviews. I made the right choice. From first contact Shaun was helpful and explained options. I wanted to upgrade my 25 year old system as it was problematic. Shaun was suggesting looking at fixing it. After enquiring as to current technology, Shaun explained what was available now with no 'hard sell' and I decided to go for a change of the panel, bell boxes and sensors but keeping the existing wiring. Shaun gave an itemised quote over the phone which made me feel even more confident in him.
Shaun made an appointment to fit the system around my diary. He arrived on time, a lovely guy and a very neat and tidy tradesman. He had to come back another day to finish the job as he was focused on making a perfect finish to the change of sensors in the rooms, checking we were happy. He only charged as quoted. The system is great. Controlled manually or from my phone app. It is monitored by you 24/7 where ever you are. Thoroughly recommend.
