Shaun has just fitted a new alarm system and removed our old 1990s system.

Having received 3 quotes I decided to go with SSS alarms not only because Shaun was local but the personal service he offered.

He took great care removing the old system, filling the holes in the walls and making sure he left the job neat and tidy.

He consulted us every step of the way as to where the sensors and alarm boxes should be fitted.

If you choose SSS alarms I believe you will not be disappointed. Shaun is a total professional who takes pride in his work and the service he offers.

Booked my car in for parking and vallet, when I got the car back no vallet, told to call the office, spoken to office asked to call back when a managers was in, 4 phone calls 3 emails 5 weeks later still no refund they always fob you off.

Total unprofessional DO NOT USE THEM.

I contracted Gary (Bebington roofing) to resurface a flat roof above a bathroom. We then had a leak in the loft and the bathroom. I contacted Marie who I assume is Gary's wife or partner. Eventually Gary came to repair the roof. He stated it was not the flat roof but a tiled section of the roof joining the flat roof, however the roof still leaked after his repair. I must have put in 30 calls to Marie who was always polite and apologetic for not returning my calls (which happened a lot). Gary came out on two more occasions but still failed to fix the problem, to be fair to Gary he did not take any additional payment even when I offered.
In the end I got another roofer who explained the work that should have been carried out when the new flat roof was fitted, it only took an hour for 2 roofers to fix it.
By the time the roof was fixed the bathroom ceiling now needs repairing and repainting due to water damage.
