Martin attended our property this evening for our plumbing emergency after us being let down by another firm. He was very professional and sorted out our problem quickly. Highly recommend 5*****

Vicky pierced my 8 year old sons ear, he was very nervous but she made him feel very comfortable and was very patient and reassuring through the whole process. We will be booking in soon for his other ear! Would highly recommend 5* service.

I have had several piercings by Vicky and wouldnt use anyone else
She is very professional and friendly and always gives aftercare advice on how to look after your piercing through the healing process. She also pierced my sons ear, he was super nervous but Vicky made him feel calm and reassured him through the whole process. Highly recommend to everyone who is looking for a professional service.

I had a phone call from the delivery driver saying that he didn't want to drive through the diversion and could I meet him half a mile up the road to collect my food. I said I can't as I have two young children, he said well then it's tough if your food gets cold and hung up the phone. I called the restaurant to speak to the manage, the member of staff told me he was too busy to talk to me so I explained what happened and he said oh I will call him..... That's it. When the driver arrived he was so rude I told him he needs to brush up on his customer service skills to which he replied yeah yeah whatever! This is disgraceful.
