I recently paid for gelish nails at escape nails for my holiday! They chipped the day after they were done but I couldn't go and show the salon as I was on holiday. I went in after my holiday to ask for refund as the service I had paid for did not serve its purpose. I was disgusted at how I was treated by the owner. She was so rude, did not care less about my query and didn't want to help me whatsoever she was rude infront of other customers and was very unprofessional... I will NEVER be going back here and would suggest no one does! She later came into my work place and threatened me as when I left I said I was taking my complaint further. I saw this as verbal abuse and don't think she deserves to any custom!!!
