Been using this garage for the best part of a year and, to date, have had no cause whatsoever for complaint - and I've had a few high bills - because the jobs were a little more complicated -

Any time I am presented with the bill, it has been clearly broken down to reveal parts, labour and VAT. Knowing a little about DIY mechanics, I can assure you that I have never been cheated on pricing, labour or otherwise.

In my experience, I've found this garage to be very hard-working, convivial and competent - a thing not so often emulated in the many other indie garages in the area. They also stand over their work so if you're not happy, they will treat you with respect and listen to you and, if necessary, do what needs to be done.
