Avoid at all costs (and if you dont it will cost you dearly ). Quoted 6k for a landscaping job. Took months to dig a huge hole and left us with a building site and unfinished job with him owing him us over 3.5k - been chasing for the money for a year and gave Paul Robinson countless chances to pay the money back. The work that was undertaken was such bad quality we had to get in other landscapers to complete as it was a building site which cost us over 12k! He kept 3k 'for works completed' which was basically a huge hole were the garden/lawn used to be. in effect what was quoted as a 6k job has cost us over 18k. Took money in advance under the pretence of van repairs etc. Lies like a cheap watch - if you choose to use dont say you havent been warned. Going to Court and have enagegd the Trading Standards. Some poor woman paid upfront for a new roof - money gone - job not done - shes with the Trading Standards and the Courts too - God knows how many others have suffered similar losses.

I required a large area to be rotavated and turfed. BEC were easily the best quote and the most professional of the contractors I saw.
Works completed in a day (worked through heavy rain) polite, hard working team who obviously take pride in their delivery of service.

My French window dropped and would not close. Chris attended within thirty minutes. He took the time to explain what the issue was and what would be required to make good.

Once explained Chris set about work and ensured that I was aware of what was happening throughout the process.
Chris is extremely competent and shows real pride in his work. Chris completed the repair quickly and efficiently and the doors are now in excellent working order for the first time since instillation in 2010!
He is one of the rare guys that actually clean up after themselves even down to cleaning the glaze of his handprints.
