Recently went there to get a watch strap fitted. It was for a specialist diving watch and not surprisingly they did not stock it. However, the man in the shop advised me to get it on e bay and he would fit it for free. I duly bought it new on e bay and he fitted it free. It is only a 3/5 minute job if you have the skills and the right equipment (no doubt much longer if I tried) and it was reassuring to have it done properly.
