I went to this salon to get my hair dyed ombre. I did not get ombre. Instead I got the underneath of my hair dyed blonde right up to the roots and the top of my hair dyed dark brown. Now it looks like I have completely brown hair. The blonde is only visible when my hair separates or is tied up. There is absolutely no gradient to my hair, just highlights that occasionally peek through and don't look particularly nice.. It looks absolutely nothing like the picture I took with me, which makes me feel like I wasn't listened to in the slightest. I feel like they didn't know how to do ombre styles and instead just botched together their own version. They were going to razor my hair to help the blonde show through, but didn't. It's like I was being rushed out so they could finish for the night. Now I'll be going to a different salon to get the cut and colour I wanted. Very disappointed. Won't be going back.
