They took 3.5 weeks to inspect the car on behalf of General Accident Insurance and then took photos like I had sent to them at outset. Then discovered they sent the damage report to wrong team in GA wasting another ten days and then they told me they are unable to do same day repairs on simple repairs and take up to five days. Least efficient garage I have come across! DO NOT USE!
