Popped in to inquire about a service on my e-bike, gentleman there ask me to bring the bike into the shop then stood 6ft away as I struggled to hold the door open and drag the bike in, just stood there and watched, it wouldn’t have taken much effort to get the door. Asked about him having a look at my hub geared bike and was told they don’t service Shimano hub gears. Ok fine. If the mechanic hasn’t got the know how to fix certain types of bicycles I’ll go elsewhere. I just found it odd that the mechanic wouldn’t have acquired that knowledge. Shame because I’ve just bought this bike and it’s the most local place to me.
