Very quick to respond to my enquiry which was more technical than a blocked drain. Not an emergency but attended promptly at an agreed time and came up with a solution (which other contractors approached failed to do or ignored). Sensible quote and the work was carried out on time to a very high standard and no mess during or after the work. The vans and equipment were all clean and staff well presented and polite - always a good sign.
