I stayed at the Hilton dartford last weekend, to have a mini break with the kids and sister 5 rooms in total, we have stayed here before and never hesitate to return! The staff are incredible. Nena and Lorna were fantastic so welcoming even tho we made it so difficult for them nothing was a problem, we was with birthday celebrant and they made it so special really thank you for that! They came with balloons, cake, sweeties really made a big fuss. Changed and upgraded one of our rooms which was fantastic to celebrate in, spa area was good kids enjoy, guys down there were great handling them all.
