I used Captain Cool Refrigeration after reading good reviews, but they’ve been a complete let down. They came out quickly, said my fridge had a leak, “fixed” it and re-gassed it — then charged £569. The fridge stopped working again the very next day. Since then, they’ve ignored every message and never sent the invoice I asked for. I run a milk delivery business, so cold storage is vital — and they’ve left me out of pocket and without a working fridge. Avoid them at all costs.
