booked an appointment the day defore my birthday for a drastic change to my hair do. took the morning off of work and arrived there only to find they had no record of my booking so was sent away. ;-( i had no time to find another hairdresser. so now have my hair a mess for my party, and am going to have everyone ask me what i had done there. i wont be making another appointment there.

i booked my dog in here not long after it opened as they were doing a 10% off for new customers. prices were average for the local area, although didnt include glands or nail trim like most do. the groomer had her own dog with her, who kept barking at mine and growling. my own dog looked terrified when i left and didnt look too happy when i collected her. she normally loves being groomed.

I took one of my dogs here a few weeks ago. The lady was very friendly and done a fantastic job. It's the best haircut my dog has ever had. Prices similar to other groomers in the area. I am defiantly going to be going here again.

My two dogs stayed here for 10days. It's a lovely family run kennels, set at their home, in the middle of broxbourne woods. A very lovely lady booked them in and was very patient answering my many questions. Sociable dogs are allowed out together to exercise in their large paddock they have. When I went to collect them they were out with a number of other dogs. I could see them having a great time and both looked very happy and had become very fond of the family who run it. Both were knackered when we got home.

I booked my two dogs here for a long weekend back in the summer. On arriving, they had no record of our booking. So took awhile to put all our details onto their computer, and was also charged £20 more than I was quoted on the telephone when I phoned to book. They seemed to have a lot of young staff, and didn't seem confident handling nervous dogs, which was worrying, and my husband had to put one of my dogs into the kennel himself. On collecting them 2 days later, another young girl couldn't seem to be able to clip the lead onto his collar, so in the end lassoed the lead round his head, and not being a proper slip lead, didn't loosen and just got tighter. Both dogs seemed very thirsty when we got them home, so I'm not sure they even had water for awhile. Feel very guilty for leaving my dogs here.

After ringing a number of vets for quotes, I took my two rabbits here for their vaccinations as they were cheapest. A very nice receptionist booked us in over the phone, and I was offered a number of times to pick from. The vet I saw is a star. He took his time giving both buns a health check and spent awhile discussing rabbit well being. I felt I deffently got my money's worth and was very impressed by the vets love of animals. He obviously loves his job, his great at it. Would recommend to anyone look for a vet in Waltham abbey.

I have been using this practise for a number of years for my dogs, rabbits and guinea pigs. Staff are very friendly, and I have always been pleased with the treatments I've recieved. Prices are very cheap compared to other vets in the area, but quality of service is outstanding.can be busy at times, but the vet always takes time to answer any questions and is very caring.

Made an appointment for a cut and blow dry. After waiting for a good 10 mins, was finally seen by a stylist who stank of cigarettes. Felt like I was an inconvienience to them and rushed through my haircut. Despite paying for a finish, left with hair slightly damp and was told " it'll look nice once ou run straightners over it". Wouldnt recommend.

I've had my hair done here a few times, and have always been very pleased. Stylists are very helpful to suggest styles to suit you and all staff are very welcoming. Prices are reasonable, and they also have lots of various special offers.

I've been getting my nails done here for quite awhile. The prices are reasonable, and every manicure is done to a high standard, I have never been less than impressed. They prefer appointments to walk-ins, and unlike some places, won't leave you waiting for 20 mins even though you have booked.
