as per my agreed appointment I took my car in at 10am to have new disc/pads and brake sensors fitted I was told they would need the car for half a day.They rang me at 1.30 pm to say they have just inspected the brake system and it also required a new back plate,to this I agreed.No contact was made with me until I went to collect the car at 5.00pm and was then told the back plate had not been delivered and the repair will not be completed now until the following day, they obviously did not deem it necessary to pre warn me of this, leaving me with out any transport overnight.The next morning I contacted them to make sure the part had arrived and received a call 11.15pm to say the car was ready for me to collect. After settling the bill and getting home I noticed oily foot prints on the door mat and interior carpet and oily hand prints on the door card this company obviously does not believe in seat and floor covering when work is being carried out. I will not be using this company again
