Firstly, Tom Bradshaw no longer owns this business so don't expect Tom's long standing credibility and affordably service. Someone called Ben now runs this business but he won't tell you that when you first book your car in. My main complaint is that Ben needs to use pre-VAT prices to justify his bills. When I asked what the "damage" was, and he said £269 for a V40 13 year service, it was painful. When I got a bill for £323 I realised that he'd blagged me by hiding the VAT. He's just lost my business. I'll never go there again. jb.
