I am really not impressed. I decided to have a change. Went to George Alexander, Nicola did my hair the first time and it was exactly what I ask for and what the picture showed. I went for a trim a month later and had a different lady take me. And I am disgusted in what she has done with my hair. She can not cut hair to save her life and she seemed to be rushing and was very rough. My hair is completely messed my hair up now and I am struggling to get it the same. I would not recommend this place to anyone unless Nicola is doing it
