I went into Waterside Garage Goodrington this morning approx 8.40 to get some fuel, I knew I had £25 cash in my purse and like every other service station I would pay anything over that with by card. Having filled up I went into the shop and there was a woman around 45-55 sitting on a stool with a pile of £2 coins on the desk. I said I will pay £25 with cash and the balance with card, she pushed my cash back towards me and said we don't do that here. Her attitude was arrogant and rude. I have used this garage for the past 20 years and never have I been treated this way. When Dave & Dave were in the shop they were kind considerate and helpful with woman was vile and needs some customer care training. I always try to support local business, but will never use this garage again Sainsbury's & Morrisons treat their customers with respect.

Leo came to value my property I told him as I have cream carpets,ask staff & viewers to remove shoes.First viewing staff came with viewers, I got home from work and found green grass stains on my carpet [which I had just cleaned] After One week I checked on zoopla and other portals to check it was on, NO it was not. They said the girl left & it had been missed. Alarms bells started to ring about their abilility. I asked why to choose Taylors,told a monthly up date on activity and viewings, got 2 in 6 months. It was agreed only viewers able to proceed. One day they booked 5 viewings just 2 turned up both were tyre kickers not properly vetted, ONE had no money no house to sell no means to get a mortgage. My employee removed his house from them they sent buyers paperwork to the vendor. Their answer to selling was to reduce the price. Be warned their fees increase if you change from another agent to them. Cost to sell would have been £4350 NO QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED TO BE AN ESTATE AGENT

Just been to collect my monthly prescription, the assistant eventually came over I asked for my prescription, she said oh it's not ready I said how long as I have to get to work [ bearing in mind this was ordered 7 days ago] assistant said in a rude manner you'll have to wait and went off. An elderly man went to the desk told by another assistant some of his medication not in stock so they would order it , the elderly man asked could missing item be delivered to an alternative pharmacy, to which the assistant replied NO we don't deliver to Preston. She asked him in a condescending abrupt manner if he wanted to transfer his prescription to a different chemist as they had not got one item. He said no I will come back....The staff in Mayfield Pharmacy need training on how to be polite, without patients NO JOB, NO MONEY...
