Just had a carpet fitted by Crosby. Steve Hayter the owner knows a huge amount about carpets, has a very good selection, was cheaper than Carpetright, turned up on time to measure the room himself, and quickly emailed the quote through as requested which turned out to be less than his estimate. He was also flexible when I had to change the fitting date, his fitters turned up on time and quickly did a really nice job and left the room very tidy. Fitters and Steve were all polite, friendly and helpful. I will certainly use them again and have no hesitation in highly recommending them.
