We’d never put our dogs in kennels before. One is a 12-year-old anxious dog. The other is a seven-year-old lively happy Dog. My husband visited the kennels on his own to check it out before we agreed to have a one day and night trial. When we picked the dogs up, they were happy and pleased to see us so we agreed a three day and night booking while we went away for a short break. We picked the dogs up this morning. They were happy and pleased to see us again and have been very chilled since they got home. Michelle is lovely, very down to earth and gets on with a job. I haven’t met a husband but my husband did on his first visit and said he was a great bloke. We will definitely use this kennels again and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them.

What a lovely chap he is! Had a problem with my phone which can’t be fixed but he spent half an hour trying, then I panicked because when I got home I took the phone out of the case by ripping the rubber sleeve off the wallet case instead of taking the phone out. I didn’t realise what I’d done so called him and he worked it out. Felt a right plank 😁 but he was so helpful I really appreciated it. Would recommend
