Visited the store between 12:30 - 1:30 today. I was appalled with the disgusting behaviour of a particular staff who threw a 20 kg bag of NX floor leveller in the trolly I was holding. He used a fork lift to lower this down from the top shelve and with a stern and bad attitude in his voice asked if I “want it”. I stood back applying to the Covid rules looking at the bag and asked if he could put it in the trolley, thats when he threw it, making a comment to his colleague who stood by. I then tried to explain my experience to the supervisor, but realised there is a wider issue within this store. (Some of you might understand what I am mean) It is always disgusting when behaviour like this is justified by more senior staff. I was poorly treated by the staff sending me up and down the store. One worker even tried to insinuate I did not know my numbers. The disgusting worker was in aisle 43, the colleague on duty in that area and would know who he is. Not good.
