I have just competed and set new records in the Scottish Masters Powerlifting competition 2016 and woke up Monday morning with a tight and painful shoulder. These things happen when you extend yourself to the max. Anyway, I went to see Caroline at Physio Flex and the relief that I feel, not just in my shoulder is phenomenal.
Caroline's analysis of root cause and the subsequent treatment means that I am back training already giving me an extra week for my preparation for the British championships next March.
It's unbelievable really.
I have been elsewhere and I never get as quick a resolution to my injuries.
