Today I had to use the service, and being a woman on her own I felt very vulnerable, but I didn't need too. Phil constantly keep in touch with updates and arrived when he said he would. He was very understanding and nothing was any trouble. He noted that I was in pain with my back issue and bought me some water so that i could take my painkillers and put me at my ease. All on all a very effective and efficient service and would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone would has the misfortune to breakdown. Thank you Phil.

This is a restaurant that was not thriving and is now take out only. Well I rang to place an order for delivery the driver was given wrong post code firstly, when he rang I gave him directions twice over 25 mins layer it seems he still couldn't find my address Evan though he was only 2 mins away had to go back to restaurant for fresh food because original order went cold. Waited over 2 hours for my food which was not fresh! And which I'd already paid for via card. Was told when rung to complain about delivery that it tough you've paid (by card) you either want your food or not no refund offered. I will never use this take away again and I would not recommend anyone to them either. Food was average and COLD! CUSTOMERS SERVICE NON EXISTENT!
