The worst customer service I have ever had. Went in for a "free" consultation and got charged £50. I then had an allergic reaction and couldn't go to my next laser treatment. I emailed the company and had no response, so I didn't attend. Then when I got a phone call they mentioned I could have a credit. So I went in for a facial and they said I was only entitled to £25.

Not to mention the service is way overpriced. I got a 25% discount when I mentioned it was cheaper elsewhere.

Also, the products are way overpriced. They are charging £30 for a cleanser that is £15 in another shop.

Don't go here! Not worth the money.
