Shoddy workmanship. The MD, Tom is arrogant, petulant and completely unprofessional. Apparently used to be a good company but key person left and now rife with incompetent individuals who don't care about producing a quality product.

The RC car was my boys birthday in March 18. After 10mins of use one of the wheel axles appeared to have broken. I sent in photos and they diagnosed the issue, saying we needed 2 parts, which were out of stock. In Sept they finally arrived and I took the axle off to find that it wasn't broken. The problem was a screw was missing. I asked they send me a screw (free) but they refused. Initially they said it was my fault i did not do a full service check on the car before we used it. Then they decided it was out of warranty (we had to wait 6 months for the parts)! What makes me so angry is that we are arguing over a 10p screw. Why would any company, who cared about their customers, not pop a screw in the post? They insisted i pay £6.30 (including postage) to fix the faulty car they supplied. The wretched, pathetic, money grabbing ethos behind this company should be a warning to anyone - buy elsewhere - find a company with a shred of decency to do business with!!

We have been completely stitched up by these rogue traders. All seems legitimate to start with, but hidden charges, year on year inflated price increases and dreadful account management (6 managers in 4 years, none of which return calls until near the end of contract when they are all over you again, like pigs to the trough). I estimated their underhand tactics cost us an additional £5,000 over the term of the contract.

Not surprising to see that several of their Directors have recently been sacked for cooking the company books!!

The the line between bribery and incentives to get office managers to overpay for goods is a thin one.

It also cost us a lot of money and our office manager lost her job as a direct result.

Leave this lot well alone.
