Sadly I lost both my parents within 4 months of each other last year and I live 200 miles away from my parents house near morpeth. I had a few firms come out to quote but Ray / Ponteland removals outshone the rest by far. He is the nicest , most caring, helpful, genuine person you will ever meet. He has been an absolute Godsend to me and my family throughout what has been the worst time of my life. He has provided me with so much help and advice and the care taken when Ray and his son Richard moved the contents down to my house in Liverpool was second to none. Ray has continued to be a great support even now whilst selling the house.
I would recommend Ponteland Removals to anyone and I seriously cannot speak highly enough of them. Ray is typical "old school" . Takes a pride in what he does and can be trusted implicitly.
Ray turned what was a nightmare situation for me into an easy pleasant service...for which I truly cannot thank him enough. I would give 10 stars if I could!!!!

Looked at a lot of different phone repair shops but some had very few reviews or mixed reviews. I chose the phone surgery on their Facebook reviews and so glad I did. I took my daughters iphone 7 plus in yesterday with smashed screen and damaged lcd screen. Repair took an hour as advised. I collected phone which looks amazing!!! Free screen protector looks good quality. Guys were great. Honest with possible issues that could occur. Can't fault the service and price at all. I will definitely use again with complete confidence. Always answered any messages speedily.
Great to deal with, good price, excellent service what more could you ask for. !!!!
