Anne has been helping my 7 year old who has been finding it hard to regulate his emotions when it comes to losing games or not being the best at things.

She quickly built a rapport with him and he was keen always keen to attend the sessions.

Over the 3 sessions Anne gave us a number of techniques and exercises that we continue to practise at home. My son is also using the strategies she gave him to help him when he is starting to feel overwhelmed.
