Having been booked in weeks in advance our job was delayed and delayed. When it finally started 3 weeks late there was only one person doing the job instead of two. The first two days he only worked until 10.30, he needed to fetch a piece of equipment but didn’t come back that day on the second day he needed a part but messaged me later in the morning to say that he had it but didn’t return that day either. Finally job done to a reasonable standard but with some scratches on new window glass. 8 days of rearranging our commitments for 14hrs work done over 4 days.
