Ignorant driver who parks over peoples driveways and won't move when resident returns home!

This pharmacy cannot operate to your requests or instructions. I have requested that should they be waiting for any of my meds. please deliver what you have or at least let me know why its almost a week since I ordered. But no, they appear unable to do this , just like they are pretty useless about stock rotation regarding expiry dates. Seriously lacking in some basic stock procedures and sometimes the staff can be a bit miserable. The delivery guys are not too bad. Good points are their opening hours.

Too many issues with this surgery. Some staff can be too abrupt but that is nothing compared to the practice manager, who, when spoken with about the incident accuses the patient of having said something to warrant the attitude. Before the current pandemic situation, it would appear that there were meetings at a local hotel to voice opinions and concerns about the surgery. This appears very briefly on the opening website page then disappears before you have chance to take note. A locum doctor accused me of having fleas hence the rash on my legs, a nurse thought nothing of an horrendous herpes type facial breakout and advised putting vaseline on it and the asthma nurse couldn't work the equipment at my annual review. They used to send text messages re: upcoming appointments, flu clinics etc but now, nothing and the letters to advise of the flu jabs were received mid November. Possibly the worst medical centre I have ever attended and through relocation I have been through 6!

Richard fully assessed the situation and promptly submitted full details with his quote for the works. He gave a date to start works(weather permitting) and arrived early to begin. Despite a heavy downpour he still managed to keep to his schedule and the works were completed on time. His cleanliness and respect for your property means you are hardly aware you have a workman present. We cannot recommend him highly enough for any job you may have and he will fully inform you at all stages.

Having used Jamesway wheelchair access vehicle for an elderly lady in a care home, I cannot praise them highly enough for their punctuality, professionalism and pleasant manner, not to mention their great prices. Will not entertain any other taxi firm and should I ever need a taxi myself I shall have no hesitation in calling Jamesway!
