Had 2 front tyres replaced on my car In the Newport branch after booking online through ATS website and paid in advance. Turned up for my appointment time and they were running behind by 45 mins so I had to wait, not a massive issue as I was in no rush. Tyres were fitted and I hopped In the car an drove home. After I got home I noticed that my wheels, which are black alloys, have been gouged and scraped from them doing the tyres. Not just around the rim of the wheel but also around the centre cap area and on the edge of the spokes. Not just small marks but absolutely wrecked the 2 front wheels. Call themselves professionals! Doesn’t matter if your in a rush as your running behind, doesn’t give the excuse to rush and ruin alloy wheels which will cost more than the tyres to get refurbished. Absolutely disgusted and won’t be using again.
