I've lost count of how long I've been a customer- even after removing over an hour's drive away I will still go nowhere else. I've lost count of the number of computers I've bought.... never a problem and when they are too old I know Phil will be honest and provide me with a superb new machine- even moving my files and apps over whilst I wait. Latest was a need to upgrade to Win 11. I had trepidation- but Phil's expertise and abilities swept away all my concerns. Brilliant and cannot recommend highly enough- for inks up to a gaming machine go nowhere else.

Have dealt with Phil for over 12 years and will go nowhere else. Lost count of the number of excellent computers I've bought- all in superb condition and guaranteed. I upgrade frequently and Phil always explains the best for me with no pressure to buy. Like all, I experience software problems and Phil repairs to my total satisfaction at a very reasonable cost. I now live over an hour away but still keep my total allegiance to Phil as there is nobody else who comes even close. Well worth the drive to know he will sort any software issues Windows throws at me. Peripheral needed? If not in stock it's there next day. Can't praise him enough.

re earlier review- retracted. Made arrangements for routine but necessary boiler service- date arranged by PHR. Never turned up. Stayed in all day to accommodate- through to evening when it was supposedly booked. Texts asking estimated arrival time unanswered.

Conclusion:- Use somebody else- nothing more annoying than failure to keep an appointment made by "contractor" and then be totally ignored.

Outstanding service from PHR. Boiler cut out on a freezing Saturday afternoon- fearing a costly replacement on Monday I phoned hoping someone could call fairly soon. Luckily I had Peter within 30 minutes. To our relief he diagnosed a pump failure, explained the fault and even tried to get a new mechanism, shaving a few pounds from the cost. Upon return from the plumbers merchants Peter apologised for having to buy a complete pump (mechanism not in stock) but within another 30 minutes we were up and running again- starting to thaw out. When my wife went to replace stuff in the utility (site of boiler) she found Peter had swept up a small mess, and wiped down the worktop. Peter was very polite and friendly- a pleasure to do business with and I've already booked PHR for a boiler service. Can't commend them enough. Brilliant.
EDIT- a few weeks later they let us down badly. Recommendation retracted.
