I would just like to say how well organised Serpells were today. I placed and paid for an order over the phone, was given a number and my goods were on a pallet waiting for me when I arrived, with invoice attached. No contact with each other so everybody was protected. No inflated prices and stock available. Good on you Serpells, will definitely be back and won't be returning to usual suppliers. Everyone, please support local companies, not big retailers.
