My husband's brothers and I had two of First Point's carers help us care for my mother-in-law when she was end-of-life. They came in twice a day; they were always prompt and the care they provided was absolutely fantastic. They were professional, caring and extremely kind, my mother-in-law loved them coming to help her. They treated her with gentle, loving kindness and respect. This made a huge difference to her final days and we will be forever grateful to Lloyd and Nyasha; I can't recommend this company too highly; if more than 5 stars were available they would have them.
