Living in England I and needed to sort a stairlift at pace for my mother post hospital.
I contacted Stairlift Solutions NI and their response was unbelievable. From first contact to installation, it took @3 weeks.
1 - Response time to every piece of communication was prompt and importantly extremely instructive.
2 - I asked for a home visit to facilitate a quote at short notice. I was limited in terms of time but the team bent over backwards (Kim, was brilliant throughout), first to ensure that I got an appointment to suit and, second, arranged it first thing in the morning to help for my convenience. Kim was very thoughtful.
3 - Chris, the installer, was prompt, courteous and instructive. Provided us with an immediate quote and organised an installation date to suit us.
4 - Installation was perfect and over and above! Thanks again Chris!
