Not only changed the locks but upgraded them on my new home. The gentleman (James) was the person who I spoke to on the phone and was the same guy who come to my home. I've been stung by call centres before and I can honestly say using a family run business was stress free from start to finish. Polite/Reliable and new his trade. pricing was also very fair.
