The guy in the Ormskirk shop is the most rude ignorant man I have ever seen, he should not be in that shop. I went in Thursday( market day) for the first time with my daughter and new grandson for a key cut, I waited and waited 10 mins while chatted to someone, then he said next please I'd got chatting to some woman with a child whilst waiting, he said come on, come on, I have a queue he was horrid, then he told me the price me and my daughter put the correct money down, then he told me there was a pound short and was standing with his hand out waiting smug, I was counting more money out but I knew he'd sweeped more money off the counter, then I thought no I given him the right amount, I said please can I count the money again he was calling me everything muttering and I was right when me and my daughter counted the money again, he never apologised people beware he should not be there at all, not people friendly very anti-social nasty man.
