My daughters hair appointment was for a balayage the cost 185.00. Unfortunately it was nothing like what we wanted let alone what was agreed and described with pictures to the hairdresser, my daughter left the sallon crying saying her hairs ruined. I phoned the hair salon and spoke to the owner who I thought was very abrupt towards me, no apology, and she said "could my daughter come back to discuss a plan to fix the problem" but unfortunately i can't get my daughter to agree because she's to traumatised to ever set foot in the salon again
