Awful service from this company. They tried to deliver a £3000 180 kg piece of machinery. They didn’t send me an email notification and turned up when I wasn’t in. They then said that they would leave the pallet by the roadside, rather bring it to the house. In the end they didn’t deliver it and I got a refund. I’m not surprised by the reviews of this company and suggest you stay well clear.
Also suggest you stay well clear of the retailer, Hope Woodturning Ltd., who were equally useless
