I’ve had the odd good thing from here in the past but honestly the customer service is absolutely atrocious. Even if you can get to speak to someone and pry them away from a phone call or talking to a colleague, the rudeness is on another level. And don’t bother asking any questions because you’ll be met with sighs and a seriously condescending attitude.
