Gave this dry cleaners 5 days to clean 2 white shirts and a pair of trousers for my wedding. Went to collect and staff couldn't find my order. Eventually they admitted they had misplaced my shirt. Female member of staff claimed they would locate it another day. As this was for my wedding I distraught as it had been tailored to me. Manager eventually arrived and just said "whatever we'll replace it." Whilst I was appreciative of the gesture it was dealt to me as if I was an inconvenience for being upset at the loss of my shirt. The other shirt was stained when returned despite being brand new and never worn. Staff refused to be blamed and claimed we'd made the marks. Even if this was true why was this not noticed when they had cleaned it? Eventually took my shirt to a different cleaners who cleaned its perfectly. Next day (after the time I'd said I would be leaving) they rang to say they'd found my shirt. They would not return unless I paid again. Rude staff!
