Deliveroo order. Somewhere between cold and freezing. Almost 45 minutes later than the estimated time. Followed the driver progress on the map. Food went on a tour of Pompey! It was driven from town centre to the most northern part of portsea island, via stamshaw and back through copnor to Southsea. Terrible logistics. Must’ve had 4 drops minimum. Shocking. Won’t ever order again unless this type of issue is sorted!

Had a wasps nest under the flashing of our bay window. Left a message with Lee mid morning & by the afternoon he’d been around & done his thing to sort the problem. Although we never met, when I spoke with him he explained what he would be doing & was very professional & knowledgeable. Highly recommended & would 100% use again if needed
