Malcolm is a very professional man. He arrived on time and was always polite and considerate of my home surroundings. He explained every part of the process and did a very thorough job of cleaning my sofa and chairs and my curtains. They look fabulous! It was lovely to chat over our cups of tea, when taking a short break too. He completed the job in the time he had quoted. Would totally recommend.
