One particular receptionist seems to excel on arrogance, condescension and a complete inability to be helpful on any level. Makes Dr’s receptionists look helpful.

Loose paperwork, forget things, takes3 weeks to return a call for a basic question and 3 years from being told I need an impacted wisdom tooth removed and it’s still not done.

When I first chased I was told everything was fine. When I chased again I was told they had looked into it and was fine. Same on third time. After 18 months I rang them and they ‘assume’ the referral was lost. Given they assured me it had been received 3 previous times one has to assume they lied on those occasions or are the fawlty towers of dentists.

Been on waiting list for a decent dentist for 3 years now.

I will say their dentists are actually pretty reasonable it’s the other aspects that let them down dreadfully.
